Please ensure that your hair is long enough to be braided before making a booking with us, if you are unsure send us a message with a photo showing the length of your hair on instagram!

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

48 hours notice is required for cancellations, otherwise resulting in a forfeited deposit. Deposits cannot be transferred to another appointment.

Late arrivals will result in being cancelled.

Same day cancellations or no show appointments will result in your deposit being forfeited and additional charges of up to $100 being due (including deposit).

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
